UK COURIER DELIVERY SERVICES
We use Royal Mail's tracked and signed for service as standard, so you have full traceability of your parcel.
Claims for damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise the claim will not be valid. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
For standard returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging. You must organise a return back to us through your own postal methods.

Refunds
Once your return is received it will be inspected and if in suitable condition, we'll authorise a refund to the original method of payment within 14 working days, though some banks or methods may take slightly longer to process the refund. We'll send you an email once this has taken place to let you know of the outcome.
